Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles

Beat the heat with these healthy fruit and yogurt popsicles!

  • 1 Blender or Immersion Blender


  • 3 Cups Favorite Fruit Both fresh and frozen work great!
  • 32 oz Yogurt Plain or vanilla, regular or greek


  • If using frozen fruit, allow to partially thaw.
  • Combine fruit and yogurt in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours.
  • Enjoy!
