Fruit and Yogurt Popsicles
Beat the heat with these healthy fruit and yogurt popsicles!
- 3 Cups Favorite Fruit Both fresh and frozen work great!
- 32 oz Yogurt Plain or vanilla, regular or greek
If using frozen fruit, allow to partially thaw.
Combine fruit and yogurt in a blender.
Puree until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze for 6-8 hours.
