Peanut Butter Oat Bars

These delicious peanut butter oat bars are delicious enough to serve as a snack and healthy enough to be breakfast! Your kids will gobble them up!

  • 6 cups Oat cereal (I used plain Cheerios)
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon


  • Combine peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.
  • Add cinnamon to melted mixture and stir until combined.
  • Add oat cereal to bowl with peanut butter and honey. Stir to completely coated.
  • Press contents into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  • Cover a refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Cut into 12 squares and serve.
  • Any leftovers should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container. Wax paper should be used to separate layers.
