Peanut Butter Oat Bars
These delicious peanut butter oat bars are delicious enough to serve as a snack and healthy enough to be breakfast! Your kids will gobble them up!

- 6 cups Oat cereal (I used plain Cheerios)
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
Combine peanut butter and honey in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.
Add cinnamon to melted mixture and stir until combined.
Add oat cereal to bowl with peanut butter and honey. Stir to completely coated.
Press contents into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
Cover a refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into 12 squares and serve.
Any leftovers should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container. Wax paper should be used to separate layers.
