The Early Childcare Cookbook includes OVER 125 recipes that are CACFP compliant and have been tested and approved by children.
Each recipe includes:
- Ingredient scaling information to support small, medium, and large schools,
- Cost analysis to help with budgeting,
- CACFP meal component information,
- A nutrition label, and
- Allergen information.
In addition to recipes and detailed information, the cookbook will also include 6 weeks worth of sample menus and helpful cooking tips.
